SACOFA owns and operates an extensive on-land fibre network within Sarawak. Our Operation and Maintenance Centres in Kuching, Sri Aman, Sibu, Bintulu, Miri and Mersing enable us to provide fast response and thus achieving high network availability. Our state-of-the-art fibre optic network delivers seamlessly utilising DWDM technology.

Since its inception in 2001, SACOFA has come to build, acquire or manage more than 1,700 telecommunication towers throughout the state of Sarawak to cater to the network expansion needs of cellular operators and other organisations.

To help new operators roll out their wireless networks in Sarawak, we offer our completed towers to share among networks with our streamlined process. Our charging principle is based on a non-discriminatory and fair basis.

In 2013, SACOFA was awarded the Application Services License 435/2013 by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) and it has enabled SACOFA to become an Internet Service Provider in Sarawak.
