The Reference Access Offer (RAO) is publicised on this website pursuant to the Commission Determination on the Mandatory Standard on Access, issued by the Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia (SKMM).
RAO contains general terms and conditions on access to SACOFA's network facilities and/or network services by other telecommunications operators licensed under the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.
